Our Student Teacher Program is designed to provide a unique opportunity for passionate dancers to enhance their dance education while building essential work-related skills.

Eligible through our Performance Company & Competition Programs, dancers will have the chance to develop crucial classroom management skills that will prepare them for future teaching & working roles. Under the watchful eye of one of our professional dance teachers, they will learn effective strategies to engage and inspire their peers, and create a positive & supportive learning environment.

Leadership skills are another vital aspect of our program. Student teachers will gain valuable experience in leading warm-up sessions, helping to choreograph routines, and guiding younger dancers through dance class & rehearsals. These experiences will empower them to take on leadership roles confidently, both within the dance studio, and in other areas of their lives.

Responsibility is a core value we instill in our student teachers. They will learn to manage schedules, understand classroom management, and take ownership of their teaching responsibilities. This sense of accountability will prepare them for future work experiences, teaching them the importance of reliability and punctuality.
